Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Room Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing with specific experience in screen-printing, and will work with a variety of process equipment, chemicals, and inks to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use substrate drawings to measure critical dimensions and ensure quality standards are met using microscopes.
• Safely handle and apply chemicals and inks as required for the printing process.
• Create and maintain accurate work logs, updating timesheets and logging relevant work details.
• Follow all written instructions and safety rules to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Perform setup, alignment, printing, firing, electrical tests, and breakdown of production equipment.
• Ensure that all products meet required specifications and quality standards through consistent monitoring and testing.
