Job Summary:

The Assembly III level position is an entry level position designed to onboard new employees and teach them through OTJ training to assemble quality products for our customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with mechanical assembly of parts, subassemblies, and enclosures following both written and verbal instructions.
• Learn to install components like Helicoils, thermal pads, press-fit pins, and dowel pins under supervision.
• Support the installation of thermal interface materials (TIMs) including pads and insulators, ensuring proper placement, alignment, and contact as instructed.
• Follow work instruction for thermal pad installation, including surface preparation, pad orientation, pressure application
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque drivers, pliers) safely and correctly.
• Read and follow visual work instructions and travelers to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and proper thermal material application.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety and 5S procedures.
• Ask questions and seek guidance to ensure quality and correct assembly practices, especially in thermal-critical applications.
