Machine operation/assembly.  Will be exposed to day-to-day operations with PVD technology, front and back-end manufacturing, and specialty manufacturing cells. Ideal candidates must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, be a reliable team member and have a passion for safety and learning new skills. The position also requires the ability to adapt to competing priorities, operate independently and within a team environment, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Follow procedures in operating production equipment and performing processing steps; accurately complete production documentation. Identify escalate and document events that deviate from the normal operation; participate in investigations. Operate within designated departments / train others as necessary. Perform semi-routine equipment maintenance and upkeep. Work with process engineers to improve process(es) as requested. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment and areas where substrates and chemicals are prepared or stored. Detect and report improper operation and/or faulty equipment, defective materials and when a process is not within its parameters
