Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Supervise a diverse team operating manual, CNC, and secondary machinery in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.

- Collaborate with Engineering and the Operations Manager to implement changes in technology, processes, and equipment.

- Assist in scheduling decisions based on customer orders and production demands.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, with prepared materials and clear machine schedules.

- Track and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

- Investigate and resolve deficiencies in production performance.

- Ensure accurate completion of inspection sheets and production documentation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formula and formatting edits).

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One) and Crystal Reports.

- Experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and internal production tools.

- Strong math skills Lead hiring efforts in collaboration with HR and Operations.

Leadership

- Conduct onboarding, training, and cross-training within and across production cells.

- Perform annual employee performance reviews.

- Promote employee development and skill-building.
