Seeking a talented and motivated Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee a growing Machine Shop on second shift. This is a fully hands on machining and supervisory type position. Will be running a machine and overseeing the team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday - Thursday, 3:00PM-1:30AM with benefits package offered immediately. 

Job Duties:

• Oversee execution and support of machining and daily activates to ensure production flows according to production schedule 
• Support team of machinists as needed with training, coaching and teaching of new skills and existing skills 
• Manage workload as it relates to production flow process
• Communicate with operations to ensure all tools and equipment needed for daily production needs
• Ensure safety standards and guidelines are strictly followed
• Ensure all machines are in working order and communicate any issues as needed
• Other duties as assigned
