The Manufacturing ERP Specialist (EPICOR) will be the guru go to for the company. This role needs this individual to be an expert with EPICOR (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at all levels throughout the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform as a member of an application support team for EPICOR ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners
  • Work with EPICOR ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and set up
  • Maintain system updates to EPICORE ERP database regularly
  • Ensure product pricing are in line with company website and EPICORE ERP database
  • Maintain and update website to create documentation and procedures guidelines for EPICOR ERP system users
  • Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes
  • Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the organization and its partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot EPICOR ERP system issues reported by end users
  • Design, Develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and EPICORE ERP system users
  • Additional related duties as required

Requirements

Requirements:

  • BS degree in business, management, industrial engineering or similar quantitative field
  • At least 5+ years of progressive experience in management of materials and sourcing within a complex design and manufacturing environment
  • Advanced working knowledge and understanding of ERP/MRP software
  • Great PC Skills, Experience with EPICOR ERP REQUIRED
  • Able to control multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to identify opportunities and evaluate solutions
  • The ability to support and manage several continuous activities
  • Software experience necessary: Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
