Role Overview:
The team processes approximately 150–160 endoscopes per week returned for various reasons. Each device undergoes a detailed evaluation and assessment, which is documented for both regulatory and pricing purposes. This work is performed in a dirty room environment, as devices have been used on patients.
Requirements
This role is skill-based rather than experience-dependent. Overqualified candidates will be considered, and candidates with little to no direct industry experience may also be successful if they possess the right skill set. Previous successful hires have included individuals from roles such as coffee shop managers, fast-food team managers, and nail salon managers—particularly those who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with or tinkering with equipment.
