Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and support efficient operations. This role works with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, including palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, and gearboxes. Responsibilities include completing basic PLC troubleshooting using Allen-Bradley RSLogix 500, performing electrical diagnostics on systems ranging from 24V to 480V, completing basic Stick, MIG, and TIG welding, maintaining accurate repair records, assisting with parts inventory, and following all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree, trade certification, or maintenance-related training strongly preferred. A minimum of one year of industrial maintenance or related experience is required, along with experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging equipment, forklifts, man lifts, ladders, and scaffolding. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment and working in physically demanding conditions that may involve bending, climbing, crawling, confined spaces, and hot or cold environments.
