  • Responsible to answer, screen and distribute incoming calls
  • Accurately process customer quotes, orders, acknowledgements and return authorizations
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Provide product and service information, pricing and delivery dates to customers
  • Provide information on additional products and services of interest to customers
  • Answer customer FAQ’s and other general questions
  • Research and resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Support sales team as required
  • Operate office equipment and perform clerical duties, filing, matching etc. as required
  • Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts, customer complaint meetings and other meetings, projects and events as required
  • Process approved marketing campaigns via email/direct mail
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+yr of Customer Service Experience (MFG Setting Preferred)
  • Computer literacy
    • Ability to utilize MS Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and manufacturing ERP application software knowledge ProfitKey preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Abilities to multi-task in a high demand environment
  • Abilities to work alongside with a team and independently
